Oat fibers, plant fibers, water, salt, nicotine, vegetable glycerine, aromas, erythritol & sukralos. All ingredients are food-grade except for nicotine (pharma-grade). Noat contains no hidden chemicals, ph boosters or dirty preservatives.

We think most pouches hit too hard and don't last long enough. Oats are the key to deliver a long-lasting pouch experience, balancing the release of both flavor and nicotine for up to 60 minutes. Plus, oats are “fluffy” and naturally adapt to the shape of your mouth. It’s a vibe.

Our products are made at the Noat factory in Skåne, Sweden. Given the unique formulation, shape and presentation of our products, the manufacturing process is uniquely designed for Noat. We don’t (and won’t) make white label production for other nicotine pouch brands.

It’s Noat. As in Nicotine+Oats. Germans tend to say “No-at” which is unfortunate but funny.

We use a combination of erythritol and sukralos. The sweeteners come in very low-dose, but are artificial (zero calorie) substitutes for sugar. We are dedicating much of our R&D resources to become the first product to utilise 100% natural sweeteners, in a way that doesn’t affect mouths or teeth negatively. We’ve used pouches for a long time and suffered some bad consequences: Mouth-pain, gum-recline and corrosion. We therefore designed Noat to deliver a great experience without taxing your oral health like other pouches do. Our products are pH neutral and free from chemicals like preservatives, carbonates and microplastics.

All other pouch manufacturers add pH-boosters like sodium carbonate to increase the release of flavor and nicotine into the bloodstream. These added chemicals have a negative effect on oral health: They burn more, cause gum recline and even pain. We designed our pouches to match the pH of your mouth and keep it that way. Our unique, pH-neutral formulation brings a pleasant release and delivers a longer-lasting flavor experience.

Our pack is cellulose-based. Simply recycle the box as paper.

Our products require a seal that protects the moisture of our pouches. This is our first solution but we’re working hard to wrap our products in a more sustainable material. Adults who are smoking, vaping or using snus / nicotine pouches. We strive to help adults ditch tobacco, not to introduce new users to nicotine. If you ever encounter underage use or distribution of Noat products to the youth, please report the incident and we will act firmly.

Noat is not meant to be chewed.

Yes. They’re both vegan and gluten-free.

Noat should be used in moderation. What does that mean? It’s individual. A good rule is to use Noat whenever cravings for cigarettes, vapes or other tobacco products hit.

First off, do not swallow Noat pouches. Secondly, if it accidentally happened, there’s no reason to panic: Besides nicotine all ingredients are food-grade and shouldn’t cause any major upset to your body or digestive system. If you have swallowed a pouch and experience discomfort – contact your healthcare provider.

Noat is designed to deliver little-to-no burn. However: If you’re a new user transitioning from another nicotine source, you may initially experience a burning sensation. This will quickly go away as you keep using Noat.

Noat’s patent-pending formula utilises the unique binding properties of organic oats to deliver a longer-lasting flavor experience. While most pouches go bust after 15 minutes, Noat delivers flavor and nicotine release for up to 60 minutes. Keep it in for as long as you want.

Room temperature is fine. Fridge is even better.

While Noat is the first biodegradable pouch, you should always dispose of used products either in the trash, or the handy little bin in the pack.

If the overwrap seal remains intact, Noat pouches have a 12-month shelf life.

We currently ship via PostNord and Early Bird within Sweden. For international orders, orders are passed onto a country-specific last mile courier service.

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3PM are typically shipped the next working day; however, in some cases, dispatch may take 2-3 working days. For delivery within Sweden, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 working days. For our valued customers in Europe, including the EU and the UK, delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 working days. If you are located elsewhere in the world, please note that shipping to other destinations may take between 7 to 15 working days.

You’re able to cancel your order by sending us an email or popping up on live chat. Once you’ve placed an order our team works hard to make sure it’s promptly packed and processed, so please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Please note that if an order has already been dispatched we’re unable to interfere with this process.

You can request us to change the delivery address before it has been shipped, however, we cannot change the billing address. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change its destination.

If you reside outside of Sweden there is a possibility that you will be charged import fees. Noat is not responsible for any additional fees.

You can of course return your order within 14 days of purchase. However, we can only reimburse products with an unbroken seal. If you wish to return Noat products, hit us up in the live chat or email hello@noat.com. We’ll sort you out!

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.

Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to show on your account. We do apologise if this seems a little long, but this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.
